Second-ever FEGS Hole-in-One!

MarkHoleInOne.JPG

On No. 11 (111 yards) at the Love Course during second tournament round,

Feglet Mark M. played a gap wedge to get what he claims was his

third hole-in-one and only the second scored in FEGS competition (Uncle Walter

scored the first one at Castle Pines). According to his opponent (and witness) Jim

of AP, who had commented on the tee that "someone is going to get a hole-in-one

here," Mark won the hole, got a skin and then "high fives all around."

(Breaking news first reported by AP!)

The evidence, with witnesses indicated.  Happened on May 20 on the Barefoot Love course. And he won his match!

This year's winner tries to explain to an unsympathetic audience why he also picked up the Blue Duck for XXIII.

Uncle Walter and three others continue to be only Fegs to have participated in all 23 gatherings.
